When I start a project, I try to understand the business objectives through briefing and meetings with those responsible to understand their needs. I also look for data and/or interviews with users where I can better understand the target audience. In the early days of the project, I usually carry out competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand how other companies operate.

This part of the process starts with the first ideas and drafts and can include the creation of navigation flows, user journeys, and wireframes to validate ideas. In the case of a graphic design or animation project, this is where the storyboard, mood board, concept, and art direction are validated.

In the development stage, it includes the application of the style guide and the creation of a high-fidelity prototype. Here, all the documentation is created with the experience guidelines, visual elements, and asset/element exports for potential developers; or, depending on the project, I develop the site myself (codeless). If the project is a piece of graphic design or animation, this stage involves production, screen creation, editing, final artwork, and/or animation.
